Intermediate Unit 1 is accepting applications for a Full-Time School Nurse Position that is anticipated in January 2017. The position is assigned to the Intermediate Unit 1 Educational Campus at Clark (Washington, PA) in the morning, and the Intermediate Unit 1 Educational Campus at East Franklin (Waynesburg, PA) in the afternoon. The hours are 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This professional is qualified to provide information and services in school health related services; documents and manages the health care needs of all children, including those with disabilities; and recognize symptoms and consequences of safety and environmental factors. This professional is responsible for meeting the duties as outlined in CSPG No. 80, laws, Board Policy and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
